Outlook Express:
Mail Client Configuration Instructions

1. Open Outlook Express

2. Go to: TOOLS | ACCOUNTS

3. Click on the ADD button. It will bring up a menu, chose "MAIL."

4. Fill out the area marked below with your information. This information is what will be displayed when you send e-mails.

5. Click on NEXT.

6. Make sure you click the "I already have an e-mail address that i’d like to use" button. (see below)

7. In the box outlined below fill your box with your e-mail address.

8. Click NEXT.

9. Make sure that "POP3" is picked in the highlighted box on your screen. (see below)

10. Fill in your screen as shown below by the outlined boxes.

11. Click NEXT.

12. Type in your "FULL email address" in the higlighted box below on your screen.

13. Type in your "password" in the password box (both the username and the password are given to you by a Velocity Online Internet Specialist).

14. Click NEXT.

15. Click FINISH on the next screen. This will bring you back to the "Internet Accounts" dialog box.

16. Click CLOSE on the "Internet Accounts" screen.

17. Now you can click on the "Send/Recv" button and you should now be able to receive your mail. (NOTE: Be sure you are connected to the Internet or you will get an error message.)
